From this poster you’re making some assumptions ,I presume.
There is no militant atheist capable of doing what you consider immoral, or has not done it yet ,at least on a large scale.
That if you become a Militant Atheist that protects you from from doing immoral things on the scale of Eric Rudolph and Osama bin Landen
Militant Atheist see their point as right, and seek to eradicate religious doctrine.
If all the above are true, I would like to make this argument.

Above is the leader of N. Korea, this leader has state sanctioned atheism, he sees religious doctrine harmful for his worldviews, and ideological reasoning and severely punishes (or kills) ,his own people, who publicly worship, or learn about religious teachings or ideology. You may say what I’m describing is anti-theism. The problem with that argument is the core ideology ,the belief that there is no god, the only difference is that they seek to promote their own ideological principles, while trying to abolish others. My point is, that these two ideologies have the same core beliefs , unless the person is agnostic then there is no reason to distinguish between militant-atheism and anti-theism.  A variation of this point can be said about religious doctrine as well.
Some of other examples of Militant Atheist
  and many others.
I included Hitler because of quotes likes

“National Socialism and religion cannot exist together….
“The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity. Bolshevism is  Christianity’s illegitimate child. Both are inventions of the Jew. The deliberate lie in the matter of religion was introduced into the world by Christianity….
“Let it not be said that Christianity brought man the life of the soul, for that evolution was in the natural order of things.”

“The best thing is to let Christianity die a natural death…. When understanding of the universe has become widespread… Christian doctrine will be convicted of absurdity….
“Christianity has reached the peak of absurdity…. And that’s why someday its structure will collapse….
“…the only way to get rid of Christianity is to allow it to die little by little….
“Christianity <is> the liar….
“We’ll see to it that the Churches cannot spread abroad teachings in conflict with the interests of the State.”

I also included china because China has enforced its anti-religion policy through decades of repression, coercion and persecution.

I would like to includes some points made by another tumblr user prateandtwaddle

“The real question is whether atheism is inconsistent with the idea of mass murder like Christianity is. The answer is ‘no.’ A so-called Christian can claim they are doing evil in the name of Christianity, but they cannot do so logically and consistently with the teachings of Christ. An atheist, however, has built within his worldview a life completely void of ethics and meaning, even if he is ‘good.’ He simply has no absolute, objective basis to be ‘good.’ And that makes atheism the most dangerous idea in the history of mankind. “
“What self-serving hypocrisy to call the atheist terrorist a mere ‘terrorist who happens to be atheist’ while labeling the Christian terrorist a ‘Christian fundamentalist’?
Are we so blind as to not see that behind every deed and ideology is the man? The problem is not ultimately with abstract thought, the problem lies in humanity, religious or irreligious. If we are to call anything harmful, let’s first begin with the hearts of men. “

I believe the real conflict with some atheist is that they can’t or are not willing to accept a more powerful being ,then themselves. This becomes a problem if they are the highest authority in their state.

I contend that so long as
